No. 2 Mine Site

This plant was located in the hollow of Black Creek, with the coke ovens to the right of the photo above.  The view is to the west.  This is consistent with the terrain, and the location of a tailings pile, where the photographer apparently stood to take this shot.  See the 1959 USGS map for the location of the tailings pile at Black Creek.
