Republic's Raimund Mines

Looking southwest along Raimund- Muscoda Road at top center of map, this is the tipple of Raimund No. 1.  The county road is the old railroad bed of the L&N's Mineral Division.

On the right side of the road is one of several buildings remaining that may be the bathhouse.

Also to the right of the road is a set of concrete piers that appear to have supported a rail spur, as though for unloading hopper cars.  It is not known what this was for.
