Southern Chapter Field Trip, January, 2010

The Chapter took a field trip to Sloss Furnace

Sloss Furnace Curator Karen Utz was our host and gave a very interesting talk about the furnace.  There was good discussion between all present and breakfast goodies provided by Karen.  The meeting included election of new officers for the coming year as well as discussions of upcoming trips.  After the meeting a tour of the Sloss Furnace property was available for our group.
