This shows more detail of the culvert construction.  The "weapon" is a standard size machete, so the culvert is about 30 inches wide, and about the same height.  The floor is "clean" indicating that water flows through the culvert as intended and washes away debris.  Thus the culvert is "self cleaning" which is another indication of good design technique.
