In this picture, the footing has been cleared of leaves -- it is quite large.  The anchor bolts are protruding from the top surface of the footing, which is at the top of this picture.  The lower portion is clearly brick masonry -- the make-up of the top is not clear -- it may be stone or mortar covered masonry.
